It's notable that the Homonazis never vandalize black churches, although the black vote was heavily in favour of not re-defining marriage to include homosexual couples. They of course never vandalize mosques or intimidate Muslim worshippers, although many Islamic countries execute homosexuals. As Burt Prelutsky said, homosexuals may not practise safe sex, but they certainly practise safe protesting, the cowards.

Yet another example of the Gay-stapo in action: The eHarmony Shakedown by Michelle Malkin:

Congratulations, tolerance mau-mauers: Your shakedown of a Christian-targeted dating website worked. Homosexuals will no longer be denied the inalienable "right" to hook up with same-sex partners on eHarmony. …

Anyone who has read this thread to this point and still thinks that the purveyors of 'tolerance' have a credible message worthy of support should spend the next 10 minutes watching this video. Apparently a handful of people getting together to pray and sing songs of worship is considered a highly provocative act worthy of death.

This link provides a rundown of the events:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DsxojbyAQGI

...and this link is the raw footage of the Christians (an excerpt of which is in the first video) having to be escorted away by riot police.

Apologies for another off-topic post...

the People's Republic of Sweden...

On his accession in 1973, the current King of Sweden, Carl XVI Gustavus, removed the phrase "By the grace of God" from his official title.

The reaction we are seeing of the USA homosexual militant activists to the passing of Proposition 8 in California and similar laws in other states, really demonstrates again the folly of certain Australian Christian lobby groups and churches in accepting and even promoting same-sex relationship registers as a means to give the homosexual lobby what they want in the hope that marriage can be reserved only for traditional male-female couples. Same-sex couples in the USA mostly already have some form of relationship registers, but according to them this isn't adequate and they will not rest until they get full endorsement for their lifestyles including even the symbolic endorsement of marriage.

To Murray Bentham,

The dispicable organization to which you have been refering is Westboro Baptist Church. Phelps' congregation consists mostly of his own family members and a few others who buy into the lies, hate, and utter filth he preaches. If you have a very strong stomach, they have a website you can peruse. Out of curiousity, I visited the site for a few minutes one evening and there are no words to describe it...........other than I felt like I was looking straight into the realms of Satan himself and chose to leave the site before my growing nausea became uncontrolable. Without a doubt, Fred Phelps is either criminally insane or demon-possessed, perhaps even both. One of his daughters is posed to take his place as head of his organization and she may be even worse. But not all of Phelps' family supports his delusional madness. In the irony of ironies, "fag hater" Phelps was taken to court by a son on sexual and extreme physical abuse charges. You can find more about that online as well.

Yes, David, thanks for your in-depth post. The leftist, pro-choice and homosexual activists have become so powerful and politically supported and media-connected that we have now entered a new era for Christians of open and blatant persecution. They do not use bogus emotionally charged arguments to plead their case now, or enjoin sympathetic judges or politicians to pass their doctrines into law... they are way beyond that now, openly uncompromisingly militant, knowing that there will be a blind eye turned toward their activities and speech at the highest level.

I remember in Brother Andrew's book "God's Smuggler", when asked the question by a suffering Christian in Poland what persecution he and his fellow believers were suffering back in Holland, he was ashamed to admit to none. (see 2 Timothy 3:12 "In fact, everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted" and John 15:20 )

The day is long past us taking the fight to them, they are now openly bringing the fight to us.

Thanks Richard

Yes it seems the thuggery is increasing. A friend recently sent this link to a short Bill O’Reilly video about all this: http://www.foxnews.com/video/index.html?playerId=videolandingpage&streamingFormat=FLASH&referralObject=3192988&referralPlaylistId=playlist&maven_referrer=staf

It is an important distinction to make between the right to exercise your legal rights and plain thuggery. I recently saw this article on the reactions to the passing of proposition 8.

http://www.latimes.com/news/printedition/front/la-me-boycott14-2008nov14,0,4880904.story

I think that it is clear that there is a double standard. I personally would not buy the goods and services of businesses that provide support in opposition of my own beliefs, but I would not intimidate staff and other customers.

I would appear that the thought process is “if they can’t vote the way we say they should then they shouldn’t vote”. This would lead one to believe that the best thing to do would be to take that right away from them and allow a small number of “right” thinkers to make decisions.
