We lost a great deal of our basic humanity by opting for Aristotle and technological progress. Christianity had a crucial role in moderating the creation of the sciences and technology advance within its imposed ethical and moral guidelines. The enlightenment was the creation of Christians seeking to control rapid change. At this time of even more rapid change we have only regression and newer forms of primitive cultural exchange.
